Service Description

Make sure you wear something comfortable and stretchy like yoga clothes. There is a changing room available if coming directly from work.

Cancelation Policy

Three (3) Days notice is required prior your scheduled session. Otherwise, you will be charged for full session. **If you have scheduled a complimentary introductory call with me, there is no charge for cancellation. Please honor the same (3) Days notice.**
